Proiectarea tehnologiei de prelucrare a elementelor multifunc\u021bionale prin deformare plastic\u0103 sever\u0103 (DPS) a aliajului<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nPrelucrarea termomecanic\u0103 a semifabricatelor turnate din aliaj Fe-Si-Mn-Cr are ca obiectiv ob\u0163inerea modulelor multifunc\u0163ionale \u00een condi\u0163ii structurale (granula\u0163ie ultrafin\u0103) \u015fi dimensionale (diametre, grosime) impuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcca-2011-3.1-0174.sim.tuiasi.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Figura_2_5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pcca-2011-3.1-0174.sim.tuiasi.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Figura_2_5.png\" alt=\"Figura_2_5\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><b>Fig.1.1. Evaluarea tranzi\u021biilor legate de efectul de memoria formei.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong> 2.1 Caracterizarea mecanic\u0103 a aliajului prelucrat prin DPS<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nPentru caracterizarea mecanic\u0103, s-a utilizat mai \u00eent\u00e2i determinarea durit\u0103\u021bii prin metoda Vickers. \u00cen acest scop, modulele au fost \u00eenglobate \u00een r\u0103\u0219in\u0103 fenolic\u0103, cu reticulare la rece, av\u00e2nd o generatoare inclus\u0103 \u00een suprafa\u021ba de atac, conform Fig.2.1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcca-2011-3.1-0174.sim.tuiasi.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Figura_2_4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pcca-2011-3.1-0174.sim.tuiasi.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Figura_2_4.png\" alt=\"Figura_2_4\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><b>Fig.2.1. Module preg\u0103tite pentru \u00eencercarea de duritate<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conform Fig.2.2, geometria acestor module se caracterizeaz\u0103 prin diametrele trunchiului de con, m\u0103surate la interior (d-diametrul mic) \u00een partea de sus \u0219i la exterior (D- diametrul mare) \u00een partea de jos, prin \u00een\u0103l\u021bime (h0) \u0219i prin grosimea peretelui (g). Efectuarea testelor privind imprimarea formei reci. Proiectarea \u0219i execu\u021bia dispozitivelor pentru deformarea plastic\u0103. Efectuarea testelor de imprimare a formei reci<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Imprimarea formei reci presupune deformarea ciclic\u0103 a discurilor prelucrate prin deformare plastic\u0103 sever\u0103 (procedeul High Pressure Torsion \u2013 HPT).<br \/>\nComprimarea discurilor are loc \u00eentre dou\u0103 platane plan paralele, cursa fiind determinat\u0103 de condi\u0163ia ca for\u0163a de solicitare s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 o valoare critic\u0103 anterior stabilit\u0103 \u015fi care depinde de dimensiunile discurilor, prevenind astfel comprimarea complet\u0103 a acestora.
